Safety Interlock Products

Safety Interlocks are designed to control a sequence of events. For example you may want to prevent an operator from opening a door to a machine until it has come to rest, or ensure a circuit breaker is opened before an earth switch is closed. Safety Interlocks can be used to ensure and prove these events have occurred correctly.

H31 interlocks can be used in machine guarding and switchgear applications. CL interlocks are well suited to machine guarding applications in tough environments.

The AmGard range of electrical gates witches is used in machine guarding applications. The products are heavy duty and modular in design, well suited to harsh environments and frequent access applications

Castell and Ronis interlocks are used in switchgear applications.

SFC Valve Interlocks are used to ensure valves are operated in the correct sequence - a pressure relief system is a good example.

Fortress can also supply Pilz Safety Relay, used to monitor electrical contacts in interlocks.
